Sabem que aquests processos poden ser molt angoixants tant per als menors com per als seus familiars, i per aix\u00f2 ens esforcem a proporcionar una atenci\u00f3 propera i comprensiva, establint una defensa legal que no nom\u00e9s tingui en compte els aspectes jur\u00eddics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 les necessitats psicol\u00f2giques i emocionals del menor. El nostre objectiu \u00e9s aconseguir la millor resoluci\u00f3 possible del cas, ja sigui mitjan\u00e7ant la mediaci\u00f3, programes de reparaci\u00f3 del dany o, si \u00e9s necessari, la defensa t\u00e8cnica davant els tribunals.<\/p><p>D&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 oferim un servei complet de\u00a0<strong>representaci\u00f3 dels interessos de les v\u00edctimes o perjudicats<\/strong>\u00a0en els casos en qu\u00e8 el delicte hagi estat com\u00e8s per un menor. Ens assegurem que els drets de les v\u00edctimes siguin respectats al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s, garantint que puguin participar activament en el procediment, ja sigui en la reclamaci\u00f3 de danys i perjudicis, en la sol\u00b7licitud de mesures de protecci\u00f3 o en el seguiment del compliment de les mesures imposades al menor infractor.<\/p><p>La\u00a0<strong>just\u00edcia juvenil<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9 les seves pr\u00f2pies particularitats, i \u00e9s fonamental con\u00e8ixer-les a fons per poder oferir la millor defensa o representaci\u00f3 possible. Aix\u00f2 inclou el domini de les diferents\u00a0<strong>mesures judicials<\/strong>\u00a0que poden aplicar-se als menors, com ara la llibertat vigilada, els treballs en benefici de la comunitat, el r\u00e8gim de conviv\u00e8ncia en centres especialitzats o fins i tot l&#8217;internament en centres de reforma. Cada cas \u00e9s \u00fanic, i nosaltres ens encarreguem de valorar la situaci\u00f3 de manera individualitzada, tenint en compte tant els interessos del menor com els drets de les v\u00edctimes.<\/p><p>En situacions on es busca una\u00a0<strong>soluci\u00f3 extrajudicial<\/strong>, com pot ser la mediaci\u00f3 o la reparaci\u00f3 del dany causat, treballem activament perqu\u00e8 aquesta via sigui explorada, ja que sovint permet resoldre els conflictes de manera m\u00e9s \u00e0gil i menys traum\u00e0tica per a totes les parts involucrades.
